We set up our shop at number 101 in the A1 building of Cosmos City, which is over in Sayli, Silvassa. The address is H. No. 1614/11 if you're looking for it on a map. It’s a growing part of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, so there’s a lot of new stuff coming up around us. We deal with properties, mostly helping people find a place to live or a bit of land to invest in. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time walking around Cosmos City and the surrounding areas to see what’s available. Dealing with property in a place like Silvassa can be interesting because the rules are sometimes different than in the big states. We just try to keep up with it all so we can explain it to people who come into the shop. We’re not trying to be the biggest agency around. We just like being part of the local community here in Sayli. Usually, it’s just one or two of us in the office, answering the phone and checking on paperwork. It can be a bit slow some afternoons, but then it picks up again. We just take it one day at a time and try to help folks find what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s just how we do things at shop 101.
