We’re located at Vega Chokdi in Dabhoi, Barmer, not too far from the Honda showroom. If you see a yard full of cement pipes and blocks, that’s us. Sorath Cement Articles is a place where things are heavy and the air is usually a bit dusty. We don’t have a polished showroom or a fancy lobby. It’s basically just a yard and a small office where we handle the orders. Most of our day is spent outside, moving things around or checking the quality of the latest batch. It’s hard work and it can be quite tiring when the sun is beating down on the concrete. We don’t use any marketing tricks or try to sound like a big national corporation. We’re just a local outfit providing cement goods to whoever needs them. Sometimes we’re short-staffed and things take a bit longer, but we always get there in the end. The people who work here are local folks who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out, so the ground is usually pretty chewed up. If you stop by, don’t expect anything fancy. We’ll probably be in our work clothes, busy with a delivery or a customer. It’s a practical business for people who need solid materials for their building projects. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and we know our way around cement.
