We are located in the Calico Quarters area, which has its own rhythm. We’ve got desks lined up with computers, and there’s always someone staring at a screen watching numbers go up and down. It can be a bit stressful when the markets are moving fast, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we don't let it get to us too much. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all start grumbling, but we manage to get things done eventually.
