We go by Maestro Apparels and you can find our setup at Avishkar, number 157 in the Kadolkar Colony. We are based out in Talegaon, which has its own pace of life compared to the bigger cities. The building is called Avishkar, and it’s a pretty recognizable spot for those who live in the colony. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most days, which is good when we’re trying to focus on the apparel work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, surrounded by fabric and thread. The workspace at 157 is where everything happens. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized with rolls of cloth sitting in the corners, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work is getting done right. The colony is a decent place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the people nearby over the years. We aren't trying to be a huge global company or anything. We just want to make decent clothes and keep the business going in Talegaon. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We keep the doors open and the machines hum along through the afternoon. It’s just what we do every day at Avishkar, and we’re fine with that kind of setup for our daily work and getting things finished.
