Vaivav Associates

We started Vaivav Associates out of our space here at 1026, Mahanadi Vihar quite some time ago. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the daily work that comes through the door. Usually, the office is a bit messy with papers, but that is how we keep track of everything. We aren't a big fancy operation. People around the neighborhood know where to find us if they need a hand with something. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through files. Sometimes the internet acts up, which slows us down, but we manage. Most days are pretty routine. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It is not always exciting, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. If you walk past Mahanadi Vihar, you’ll see our small sign. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the area well. There is no big reception desk or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. It’s just how we do things here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us doing our jobs day in and day out. That’s pretty much the whole story of this place. We like the local shops nearby and usually get our afternoon tea from the stall around the corner. It's a simple life.
