We are located out in Bhatpurtengi, Cuttack. Our spot is right near the Odisha Cement Supply Agencies, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. It is a fairly open area, which is lucky because we need the space for the plaster materials and the big trucks that come in and out. The air around here usually has that dry, chalky smell because of the work we do. We have a main building where the processing happens and then a smaller office on the side. It is a simple setup with concrete floors and some heavy-duty fans to keep the air moving. Cuttack weather can be really humid, so those fans are a lifesaver. We have got a crew of about a dozen people who handle the mixing and the bagging. We don't really go in for big meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs doing over morning tea and then get to it. The road out here can be a bit bumpy, especially for the heavy loads, but we have gotten used to it. We keep our operation running pretty steady throughout the year. It is a lot of hard work, and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We just focus on getting the bags out to the agencies and keeping the machinery in decent shape. That is our day-to-day life here in Bhatpurtengi and we have been doing it for quite a while now.
