We’ve been around the Tulsipur area for a while now. Most people know the office over here in Srivihar Colony, right near where Gc Penthoi stays. It’s a bit of a mix with United Builders, Kzk Developers, and Z Estates all working under one roof. We handle a lot of different construction stuff. Sometimes things get busy, but we try to keep it moving. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular spot in Cuttack where we get the paperwork done. If you’re looking for us, just ask someone in the colony. We do everything from basic building work to some of the bigger estate projects around town. It’s mostly local guys working here. We don’t have some big corporate manual we follow. We just look at what needs building or developing and we go from there. Cuttack is a busy place and there’s always something needing repair or a new foundation being poured. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office might be quiet during the day. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. It's nothing too complicated. Just three names, one office, and a lot of bricks and mortar. We try to be fair with people and just get the job finished on time if we can help it.
