We are based in the Kesherpur area of Cuttack, specifically in Buxi Bazar. Our office is care of Ajay Kr. Das, who handles things on the ground here. Cuttack is an old city with narrow lanes, and Buxi Bazar is one of those places that’s always bustling with activity. It can be a bit of a headache to get large trucks through some of these streets, but we’ve found ways to make it work over the years. The rain in Orissa can be quite heavy, and during the monsoon, we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays dry. The office is tucked away and doesn’t look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and the smell of old paper mixed with a bit of cement dust. Ajay is usually around, talking to contractors or checking on the logistics. We don’t have a big corporate feel here; it’s more like a local shop where people can just walk in and talk. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news while we wait for the paperwork to clear. It’s a busy, somewhat messy environment, but we know exactly where everything is. We just focus on getting the bags where they need to go in the city and keeping the records straight. Buxi Bazar is old and loud, but it has a charm that you won't find in the newer parts of town, so we stay right here.
