Our office is set up in Nuapada Nyabazar, right there in Cuttack. We share the space with H.C. Mohapatra, so you’ll see that name on the gate when you arrive at the entrance. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. Cuttack is an old city, and our corner of it feels very lived-in and real. We aren't in a modern glass building. It’s more of a traditional space where we keep our records and do our planning for the month. The traffic outside can get pretty thick in the evenings, but we’re usually wrapped up and heading out by then. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the paperwork piled on the desks. We handle the local side of things, making sure everything is filed correctly and the numbers add up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. Sometimes people stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't mind the interruptions. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. We’ve got a small kitchen in the back where we make tea. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it suits us just fine. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years now.
