Swami Sivananda Vidya Mandir

Swami Sivananda Vidya Mandir is located at Mono Villa, which is right near the SBI on Pithapur Road. It’s a place where things happen every day, mostly early in the morning. We see a lot of people coming and going, mostly local families from the neighborhood. The building itself has been around for some time, so it has that lived-in, slightly worn-out feel. It’s definitely not one of those new, shiny buildings you see in the city center these days. We like the character it has, though. Being right near the bank means it’s always busy and loud outside. You can hear the bikes and cars honking all day long. Inside, we just try to keep things organized and moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to parents about this and that. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest place around. We just focus on what’s happening right in front of us. Sometimes the heavy iron gate squeaks a bit when it opens. We’ve been meaning to fix that for months now. The rooms are plain with basic furniture, but they do the job just fine. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits and quirks. It’s a bit like a second home for most of us. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR person. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing the old sign on the road.
