Down here in Nandi Sahi, things move at their own pace most days. Our office is right in the heart of Cuttack, 753001, and you can usually find us surrounded by stacks of paper and the hum of an old ceiling fan. Sunil and Vijay started this place quite a while ago. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or expensive paintings, just a regular space where we sit and get through the day's work. Outside, the lane is often busy with cycles and people heading to the market. We spend a lot of time looking over ledgers and keeping track of numbers for folks in the neighborhood. Some people have been coming to us for years, and they know where to find us without even looking at a map. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the desks are sturdy enough for what we do. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea from the stall nearby while we sort through the mail. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us handling whatever comes through the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch a bit of breeze, even if it brings in the street noise. That’s just how it is working in this part of town. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the books balanced, which is plenty for us to handle.
