Sradha Clinic

Sradha Clinic is tucked away back behind the broken glass godown in Rajendranagar. If you are looking for us, that godown is actually the best way to find the turn. Because it is a bit hidden, it stays a little quieter than the main road, which is nice for the patients who come to see us. We have a small waiting area with about six or seven chairs. Usually, there is a pile of old newspapers or some health pamphlets on the side table, though they get messy pretty quickly throughout the day. The lights are those long fluorescent tubes that hum a little bit if you listen closely when the room is empty. We spend our days answering the phone and writing down names in the big ledger we keep at the front desk. It is just a simple clinic setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We have a small room for checkups and a place where we keep basic supplies like cotton and bandages. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the back of the godown, so one of us has to go out and wave them down from the street. The walls are an off-white color and we have a clock that is always five minutes fast, but we have not bothered to fix it yet. It is just a practical place where we do our jobs and go home. Most of our visitors walk over from the neighborhood.
