Simplex Infra

Our office for Simplex Infra is located in Cuttack, specifically in the Professorpara area at Ashraya Apartments. It is a bit unusual to have an infrastructure business in a flat, but it works for us. Flat B/105 is where we keep our computers and all the project documents. It is a quiet residential area, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise with the neighbors. Narayan Mishra Lane is quite narrow, which makes parking a bit of a challenge sometimes. Cuttack is an old city with lots of history and some very tight streets. We do a lot of our project planning right here in the living room which we converted into an office. There is always the sound of kids playing outside or someone selling vegetables on the street. It is a very lived-in atmosphere. We don't have any shiny glass walls or corporate logos everywhere. It is just a regular apartment where we do our work. When we have to go to a construction site, we have to navigate the busy Cuttack traffic, which can be quite slow. We are a small team and we know each other very well. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on the drawings and the site reports. It is a simple life and we like being part of the community here. The rain can be a bit much sometimes but we manage.
