Shanti Memorial Hospital

If you find yourself in Patnaik Colony Thoria Sahi, you might have walked past Shanti Memorial Hospital. We have been operating from this same building for a good while now. It is a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. The hallways are narrow in some parts but we keep everything as tidy as we can. It’s a lot of work maintaining a hospital, honestly. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just open the doors and get to work helping whoever walks in. Sometimes it is for a small thing like a fever, and other times it is more serious. The neighborhood is fairly loud during the day, which we have just gotten used to over the years. We keep a desk at the front to handle the check-ins. It gets hectic around ten in the morning, then settles down a bit after lunch. We have different rooms for different needs, nothing too complicated. Life here is mostly about the small details of running a medical facility without too much fuss. We know most of the faces that come through because this is a tight community. It is a humble setup but it serves its purpose for the people here.
