We are located right near the old Samrat Cinema Hall in Madhupatna. Our office is on the ground floor of the building at Plot No-411/F on Acharya Lane. It is a busy spot in Cuttack, so there is always something going on outside. The cinema hall is a good landmark for people who aren't from this specific street. We have been at this address for a while now. Inside, it is just a normal office space with some desks and paper everywhere. Sanjayanee Nidhi Limited is run by a few of us who grew up around here. We handle the local finance work that people need. It is mostly about keeping records and helping people with their small accounts. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it is just regular clothes because it gets hot in Cuttack. We have a lot of people who just drop in to ask a question or drop off some documents. We try to keep things simple and not use any confusing talk. Most of our day is spent looking at ledgers or talking to the people who walk in. The ground floor location makes it easy for the older folks to visit without climbing stairs. We stay open until the evening most days. It is not a fancy operation, just a local business doing its thing in the middle of the city. We know the area and the people know us.
