We are located out in Berhimpur, near the Harirajpur post in Cuttack. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it suits us just fine. Being in the Orissa countryside means we have a bit more space, though the roads can be a challenge during the monsoon. Our office is a simple setup on the ground floor. It’s got a few fans that hum all day to keep the heat away. We are Rohan Builders India Pvt.Ltd, but we do not act like some big shot developers. We just handle the construction work that comes our way in the district. You’ll find us mostly talking in the local dialect, figuring out where to get the best sand or bricks for the current job. There’s a lot of dust on the shelves and we’ve got calendars from three years ago still hanging up. It’s a practical place. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. We spend our mornings checking the site at 8 Berhimpur and then head out to wherever the work is. It is honest work. We don't use big words or make fancy promises. We just show up, do the measurements, and try to get the walls built right. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when it gets too hot inside. That is just how life goes for us here in the Cuttack district.
