Q Trexim India is located right at Ipicol Square in Jagatpur. If you know the Route-9 area, you know it’s mostly industrial and can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by. Our office is on Plot 722/1885 and it’s pretty basic. We spend most of our time dealing with import and export stuff, which means a lot of phone calls and emails to people we’ve never met. The air in Jagatpur is always heavy with the smell of the nearby factories. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from moving boxes to typing up manifests. It’s not a quiet place to work because of the noise from the square. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just need to make sure the cargo gets where it’s going on time. Sometimes the internet is slow and we get behind, which is frustrating, but we catch up eventually. The floor is usually covered in footprints from the yard outside. We don't bother much with making the place look pretty for visitors. If someone comes by, they see us as we are, usually busy and a bit stressed. It’s just the nature of the trade business in a place like this. We just keep moving.
