Process

You can find us over in Mahanadivihar, which is part of the Nayabazar area in Cuttack. We work out of a space that is connected with Dr. Nrusingha Ch. Sarangi’s place. It’s a quiet spot in Orissa, away from the heaviest parts of the city traffic. Our business, which we simply call Process, is a small-scale operation. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. Most of the time, it's just us handling whatever paperwork comes through the door. The rooms are filled with old wooden furniture and the smell of paper. We spend a lot of time writing things down in ledgers because we still like doing things the old way sometimes. Cuttack is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like we are just a small part of the local fabric here. Neighbors walk by and wave, and sometimes they stop in for a chat. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is mostly about keeping things moving and making sure the records are kept straight. The summers here get very humid, so we have a few old fans that wobble while they spin. It’s a simple setup and it works for what we need to do. We don't have a big team, just a few local people who know how to get the daily tasks done without making a fuss.
