Poc Consulting Private Limited is located over in Kuranga Sasan, at the Twin City Green Homes, House No 152. It’s near the Uttampur area, which is a growing spot between Cuttack and the surrounding parts. Our office is part of the residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We spend our time working on various consulting projects. It’s mostly a lot of screen time and talking through ideas. We don't really have a front desk person, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The environment is pretty quiet, which is good for when we need to concentrate on heavy data or reports. We started this company to handle specific needs we saw in the area. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us working together. We often have lunch together at one of the small shops nearby or just bring something from home. It's a very practical way to run a business. We don't worry about looking like a high-end firm. We just care about finishing the tasks on our list. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, but that gives us time to talk about other things. It’s a very human way of doing business, and we’re quite happy with the small community we’ve built in Kothapatna-Cuttack.
