We are based out of Niali in the Cuttack district. The address is care of S.N. Parida, and the pin code is 754004. This part of Orissa is quite green and it feels very different from the crowded streets of Cuttack city. Pctl has its roots here. Our workspace is just a modest area within the property. It is not a corporate building with glass walls. It is a real place where we sit down and get things sorted. The morning starts early here, often with the sound of the birds and the local traffic on the main road. We have a lot of history in this house. Working from Niali means we are away from the big city noise, which helps us stay focused on the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and continue later. It is just part of the routine. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the work well. Most of our visitors are local people who stop by to say hello or talk business. It is a very grounded way to operate. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a service and try to be fair with everyone. That is how Pctl works in this corner of the world. It is just a home and a business mixed into one.
