Panda Curie Cancer Centre

Over here at Panda Curie Cancer Centre, things are usually pretty serious. We are located right on Telengapenth N H - 5A. It’s a big building near the highway. You can hear the trucks passing by all day and night. We have many floors and lots of hallways. It is a part of Panda Medicals Pvt Ltd, but for us, it’s just where we work. We see a lot of families coming in from far away. They usually look a bit tired. We have a lot of machines and beds. The smell of disinfectant is everywhere because we have to keep it clean. We spend our shifts moving from one room to another. There is a small canteen downstairs where the food is okay, nothing special. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our desks are filled with charts and medical records. It’s not an easy job, but it is what we do. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just signs telling people where to go. Sometimes the lobby gets very crowded in the mornings. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. It’s a big operation, but we are just regular people in uniforms. We go about our business and try to make sure everything is in its right place. It's a long day, every day. We usually grab a tea at the end of the shift before heading home to rest.
