P K Bajaj & Associated has been operating out of Cuttack for some time now. Our office is located on Bajrakabati Road in the Sanata Sahi neighborhood. If you know Cuttack, you know how narrow some of these streets can get, and Bajrakabati Road is no exception. It is a lively area with lots of small shops and people moving about at all hours. We are in a building that has been here for years, so it has that old-school feel to it. The rooms have high ceilings and we try to keep things organized, though with all the paperwork we handle, it can get a bit cluttered. It is just the way things go when you are busy. We don’t have any fancy decorations or modern glass walls. It is a very plain and practical environment. Most of the people who come here are locals from around the city who have known us for a while. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We are right in the middle of everything, which makes it easy to grab a tea or run an errand during the day. It is a humble setup and we are just here to do our jobs every day without making a big fuss about it.
