Our plant is tucked away in Darakhapatna on Gosala Road. We are pretty close to the old Ots Mill, which is a landmark most people in the area know. The main thing you’ll notice here is the sound of the cylinders. They clank together when we move them, and it’s a sound you never really stop hearing. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in to load up oxygen tanks. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, making the commute a bit of a challenge. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting around for their orders. We don't have any air conditioning in the main area, so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. Everyone just rolls up their sleeves and gets on with it. We handle the filling and the logistics ourselves. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the valves are all tight. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the tanks are ready when people need them. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of demand. It's just a regular part of the job for us. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the mills and the other warehouses nearby. It’s a steady, noisy, and practical way to make a living and we have been at it for a long time.
