We are Mishra Online Doctor Service Private Limited. Even though the name says online, we have a physical office at Plot No- D 1070 in Sector-6 of the CDA area in Cuttack. It is right near Bidanasi and Markat Nagar. Some people find us through Sector-7 as well. We have been working from this spot in Orissa for a while now. The whole idea is to help people connect with doctors without always having to travel long distances. In the office, we have a few computers and phones going most of the time. It is a bit different from a traditional hospital because you do not see as many people sitting in a waiting room. Most of the action happens through the screens and the lines. Cuttack is a big city with lots of traffic, so this service makes things a bit easier for folks who cannot get out easily. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some shelves with books and a lot of chargers for the electronics. We spend our days coordinating between patients and medical professionals. It is a lot of scheduling and making sure the internet connection stays stable. Sometimes the rain in Cuttack makes things difficult, but we manage to keep things going.
