Giridurga Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located over at C - 14 in the Industrial Estate in Madhupatna. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise from trucks and machines nearby. It’s a busy place and can get pretty dusty during the dry season. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. The building itself is just a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy or modern about it. Inside, we have our equipment and a small corner for the office work. It’s usually quite loud when the machines are running, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have a team of receptionists or a lobby. Most of the time, the floor is covered in materials and tools. We just focus on getting the work done every day. Madhupatna is a good spot for us because the logistics are easier from here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. It’s a working shop. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them instead of producing anything. That’s just life in a factory setting. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes. We don't do suits and ties here. It’s practical, everyday industrial work and we’re fine with that. We just keep our heads down and produce.
