Lingaraj Food Co.

Lingaraj Food Co. is over here in Netaji Nagar, right in the Industrial Estate of Khapuria. If you know where the Saraswati Shishu Mandir is, we are just a short walk from there. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with all the trucks moving in and out of the estate. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, just handling the food production side of things. The morning starts early for us because the heat gets a bit much later on. Most of the folks working here live nearby, so there is always someone coming or going. The building itself isn't fancy or anything, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the noise from the other units in the industrial area is a lot, but you get used to it after a few days. We spend most of our time making sure the machines are running right and the supplies are coming in on time from the local vendors. It is a lot of physical work, especially when we have big loads arriving at the gate. We keep things pretty simple here. There is a small tea stall just down the road where everyone goes for their break. It’s a good spot to catch up on what is happening in the neighborhood. We just try to keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day to keep things moving. It isn't always easy, but we make it work.
