Our location is at Arilo, which is under the Po-San Adhanga post office in the district of Kendrapara, Orissa. The pin code is 754155. It’s quite a rural setting for an office of Jindal Stainless Ltd, far away from the big cities. Being out here in Kendrapara means things move a little slower, which isn't always a bad thing. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space. The building we use is quite simple and matches the surroundings. We have to deal with power cuts every now and then, but that is just part of life here. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a few computers. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone since we are a bit isolated. The road to Arilo can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon rains. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the postman and the occasional delivery truck. It’s a very practical setup. We handle the local administration and keep our records in order. Most of us who work here are from nearby villages, so it feels like a local family operation. We keep things tidy, but it's definitely not a corporate showroom. It's just a functional space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We sit at our desks, drink our tea, and make sure everything is recorded correctly before the day ends.
