Jhadeswar Venture Private Limited is located over at Laxmi Residency, specifically in Flat No-B/408 on the fourth floor. This is in the Naharkanta area, near Phulnakhara in Bhubaneswar. Being in Khordha-752101 means we are on the outskirts, but it’s a developing area with a lot of new buildings coming up. Our office is basically a residential flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms where we have our desks set up. Since we are on the fourth floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is nice when you need a break from the computer screen. We don’t have a massive staff, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing or the occasional phone call. We spend a lot of our time just managing the various ventures we are involved in. Naharkanta is a good spot because it’s not as congested as the middle of Bhubaneswar, but we can still get into the city if we need to. Most of our days are spent right here in B/408. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to keep things running smoothly. Every morning we come in and check the messages and then just start working through the list. It’s a basic, honest way to spend the day at Jhadeswar Venture Private Limited.
