We are located in Naugaon, specifically the Kokidiha area, which is part of the Jagatsinghpur district in Orissa. This is the base for our work with the Institute of Minerals Materials Technology, or IMMT as most people call it. We operate from a location tied to Babaji Charan Sahu. It’s a very local, rural setting, far from the big city lights of Bhubaneswar. Being out here, we are right in the heart of the community. The work involves a lot of looking into minerals and materials, which is pretty important for this region. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a practical place where we can get things done. Most of us here grew up in Orissa and understand how things work in this district. We spend our time dealing with the technical aspects of the materials we study. Sometimes the roads around Naugaon can be a bit rough, especially during the rains, but we still manage to get to work and keep things moving. It's a humble setup, but the work is real. We don't go for any of that fancy marketing talk. We just focus on the minerals and the technology we're supposed to be handling. It’s a quiet life in Jagatsinghpur, but there’s always something to do at the institute to keep us busy throughout the week. It’s a steady pace that works for us and the local area.
