Hindustan Consyruction Co Ltd

We are located in a small village called Bentkar Para, which is near Brahmani Gaon in the Cuttack district of Orissa. To get here, you have to go via Barang. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't from around here. Our office is just a basic building in the middle of the village area. It’s quite peaceful most of the time, except when the heavy machinery is moving around. We’ve been here working on the local infrastructure for a while. The roads around here are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful with the big trucks. Being in a village means we know all our neighbors. We don't have any corporate branding or anything fancy like that on the walls. It’s mostly maps of the area and project schedules for Hindustan Consyruction Co Ltd. The heat can be quite intense in this part of Orissa, so we start early in the morning to beat the sun. We spend a lot of our time out on the actual construction sites, so the office is often empty during the day. When we are here, we’re mostly catching up on the logs and making sure the supplies are coming in from Cuttack. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the daily problems that pop up on site. It's just honest work in a quiet corner of the state.
