We are located on Pension Lane in the Buxi Bazar area of Cuttack. It’s an old part of the city, and our office is at the S/O Dr. G.M. Khan address. Cuttack can be quite a maze if you don't know it, but we’ve been here long enough that we could find our way around in the dark. Our daily life involves a lot of packages and envelopes. People come in with things they need to send far away, and we help get them into the system. It isn't a very glamorous job, mostly just scanning labels and checking weights. The office is a bit small and sometimes it gets cluttered when a lot of deliveries arrive at once. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s just a place where we work. Sometimes the monsoon rains make everything a bit damp and slow, but we try to keep the parcels dry and moving. We know many of the people who live and work around Buxi Bazar. It’s a community feel here. We don't use a lot of corporate talk because that isn't who we are. We are just local people working in the shipping business. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are sending out. We just try to keep the mistakes to a minimum and make sure the paperwork is filled out correctly. It's regular work for regular people, and that's how we like it.
