Dylan Creations Private Limited is based out of C/1120 in Sector-6, which is in the CDA Market Nagar area of Cuttack. If you are familiar with 753014, you know it's a part of the city that can be quite lively. Our office isn't anything like those polished places you see in advertisements. It’s just a bunch of rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don't have a big maintenance crew, so things can get a little dusty, and the chairs are just the regular plastic or office ones that have been around for a while. We spend our days working on various creative projects, which usually involves a lot of sitting and staring at monitors. We are just a group of people from the local area who come here to work. We don't have any mission statements or big fancy words to describe what we do. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we spend the time chatting about whatever is happening in Orissa. We usually head out for a quick bite at the market nearby when we get hungry. It’s a very simple and honest way of doing things. We don't have a corporate culture or anything like that; we just treat each other like normal people and get through the day together. We just focus on being practical and getting things done.
