We are located right in the middle of Badambadi. This area of Cuttack is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just how it is around here. Cuttack Laparoscopic Hospital has been operating in this spot for quite some time now. Most of our days are filled with surgeries and checking on patients in the wards. Laparoscopic work is what we specialize in, so we have the specific equipment needed for those kinds of procedures. The building has seen a lot of people come through its doors. It’s a busy environment with nurses moving around and families waiting in the corridors. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s a hospital, so it smells like antiseptic and feels a bit clinical. We focus on the surgeries and making sure the recovery rooms are kept clean. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to get through everything, but we keep at it. The location in Badambadi means we are near the bus stand, which makes it easier for people coming from outside the city to find us. We deal with a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks alongside the medical work. It’s a practical place where the work is just getting through the day and seeing the patients. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of this neighborhood and the constant noise of the traffic outside. We keep the files on a shelf near the entrance.
