Aswini Hospitals

We are located over in Cuttack, Odisha, specifically in the CDASATI Choura area. It is a part of the city that stays active pretty much all the time. Aswini Hospitals is a place where we see all sorts of people from across Odisha. The building is a bit of a landmark for those living in the Choura neighborhood. We have various departments and plenty of beds for those who need to stay over. It’s not the newest building in the world, but it is solid and it serves the purpose. The corridors can get quite crowded during the visiting hours. We have a lot of staff members who have been here since they were young. They know every corner of the place. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have the backup systems to keep things running. We don't spend much on decorations. We'd rather keep the equipment in good shape. Cuttack is a city with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. The local food stalls near the hospital are where we usually go for a break. You can hear the sounds of the city through the windows, the horns honking and people shouting. It’s just the way things are here. We keep the doors open and do our best for every person who comes in. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace by now. It’s a steady life.
