We operate out of Shop No 115 in the Krishna Arcade on B K Road. It's a decent-sized space for what we need. Arihant Agency has been running from this spot for quite some time. It's mostly desks and stacks of papers and some stock in the back. B K Road stays pretty active during the day so there is always noise coming from outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It gets hot in the arcade during the summer but we have a couple of fans that help. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone walks in looking for something specific, we usually have to dig through the ledger or the back room to find it. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to look like a high-end showroom. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the work is just keeping track of what comes in and what goes out to customers. Sometimes the deliveries are late and that messes up the schedule, but that's just how it is in this business. We just keep moving. It's a steady pace. No one here wears a suit, we just wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes and sitting at desks. It's not glamorous but we get the orders filled.
