Ambulance - marwari Yuva Morcha

We run the Marwari Yuva Morcha ambulance service near the Gpo. It is a simple setup with a couple of vehicles and a small dispatch point. The vans are white and have our name on the side in big letters. We try to keep them clean, but the city dust makes it hard. Inside, there is just enough room for the driver, a helper, and the patient. We keep some basic first aid stuff in the back. The seats are a bit worn out from all the use. We spend our days waiting for the phone to ring. Sometimes it’s a long wait. We talk about the weather or local news to pass the time. The Gpo area is noisy with all the people and cars, so we have to stay alert. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a place to park and a desk to write down the addresses. Most of the drivers have been doing this for a long time. They know every pothole in the road. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get to where we are going as fast as the traffic allows. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have to fix a flat tire in the rain, but that is just part of it. We do what we can with what we have. It’s a basic service for the people here. We keep a spare tire and a jack in every van.
