We are based right near the Ideal Nursing Home in Buxibazar. It makes sense for us to be there since so many people are coming and going from the clinic and the research center anyway. It is a busy part of town, so there is always noise and movement around our spot. We have been doing this for some time now, just helping families get their loved ones where they need to go. Sometimes it is a transfer to another hospital, or just getting someone home after they get discharged. The traffic in Buxibazar can be a real headache, but we manage to navigate through it. We aren't a huge operation with a hundred cars, just a few reliable ones that we try to keep in good shape. The engines need a lot of looking after because of the heat and the constant idling. Our team usually just hangs out near the nursing home waiting for the next request. We know the staff at the Ideal Clinic pretty well by now. It feels like a small community even though it is a busy medical area. We don't spend much time on paperwork or fancy stuff; we just focus on the driving and making sure the stretchers are working right. If you are around Buxibazar and see the Mars name on a van, that is probably one of us. We just try to stay ready for whoever calls. We don't have a receptionist, just the phone that stays in the pocket of whoever is on shift for the night.
