Agarwal Clinic

Ranihat Medical Road is always full of people, mostly because there are so many shops and medical places around. Our clinic, Agarwal Clinic, is right in the middle of all that. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We usually start our day by opening the shutters and getting the chairs ready. The fans are always humming in the background to keep the heat away. Patients walk in from the main road, sometimes looking a bit tired. We know most of the people who come here by name because they’ve been living in Ranihat for years. It’s not like those big corporate hospitals where everything feels cold and sterile. Here, things are a bit more lived-in. We have our files stacked up and the equipment is well-used but kept clean. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but you get used to the horns and the shouting. We just focus on the person sitting in front of us. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, and I’m usually the one sorting through it between appointments. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things run okay. It’s a busy life on Medical Road, but it feels right being here. People come, they get what they need, and they go home. That’s how it usually goes every single day for us.
