This office belongs to V.Raveendranadh, who is the son of V.V.Seshaiah. We are located right near the S.B.I in Kamalapuram, in the Kadapa district. That is in Andhra Pradesh, and the pin code is 516289. We have been working under the name Simplex Infra Ltd for a good while. The office is not a separate commercial building or a big tower. It is more of a personal setup we have here. This helps us keep our costs low and lets us focus on the actual building work. We handle local infrastructure projects. There is a small town feel here, and everyone pretty much knows everyone else. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just talk to people directly and get the job done. If you come by, you will probably see us looking over maps or talking on the phone with our site managers. It is not always a quiet place, but it is definitely productive. We like the local area and the people we work with. We have seen Kadapa change over the years. Our job is just to build things that are going to last for a long time.
