Nagarjuna Company

Nagarjuna Company is based out in Madhavaram-1, which is in the Kadapa district. Specifically, we are at the location where M. Kondal Rayudu, the son of M. Rami Reddy, stays. It is a very traditional setup, typical for this part of the country. Kadapa is known for its heat and its red soil, and you can see plenty of both right outside our door. We don't have a fancy office building with an elevator or a lobby. It’s more of a home-based operation where the living room often doubles as a place to meet with local builders or suppliers. We have been here for years and the community knows us well. There’s a lot of farming around here, but construction is always happening too. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out in the yard checking on supplies. It is a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always plenty to do. We just try to be helpful when someone comes by and keep the business running as best as we can. It’s just us, working in the same place we grew up, keeping things simple and practical every day.
