Hindustan Construction Co Limited

This is our family setup here in Dommara Nandyala. My father, G. Kondaiah, started things off and we operate right from Avvaruvari Street. Cuddapah can be quite hot, so we usually start our work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren't a massive corporation with glass buildings. It’s more of a home-grown thing where we manage construction projects across the local area. Dealing with stones, sand, and workers takes up most of our day. Sometimes the materials arrive late, and we have to scramble, but that's just part of the trade. We’ve been based in this spot for a long time. People in the village know us by name, not just by the company title. We handle the paperwork and the site visits from this small office. It’s often dusty from the nearby work, but we don't mind. We use simple tools and traditional methods that have worked for us for years. AP is growing fast, and there's always something to build or fix. We don't use fancy brochures or anything like that. If someone needs a wall built or a foundation laid, they just come to the house and ask for us. We keep our records in thick registers and try to stay organized. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just want to do a decent job and move to the next site.
