Down here in Cuddappah, things move at their own speed. Our location in Andhra Pradesh is pretty straightforward. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s solid and keeps the rain out, which is what matters most. Inside, we have our basic setup for the industrial side of things. There’s usually a bit of grease on someone's hands and the sound of machines or tools humming along. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller group of us who know the routine by heart. We start early to beat the worst of the heat and usually wrap up as the light starts to fade. There is a lot of dust from the roads around here, so we spend time cleaning up every evening. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just take the orders as they come and make sure the work gets handled properly. It’s a quiet life in this part of Andhra, and we are quite content just doing our bit here. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families.
