Gcn Traders

Out here in Mangampet, specifically in the Kapupalli area of Kadapa, you'll find Gcn Traders. Our shop is at number 114. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We deal with trading various goods that people in the Kadapa district need. It started out small and stayed that way, which is fine by us. We know the people around here and they know where to find us. Working in Kapupalli means we’re part of the local community. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our business comes from people just knowing we are here at 114 and have been for a while. The weather gets pretty hot in Kadapa, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some ledgers. We handle the buying and selling without making a big fuss about it. If someone needs something specific, we see if we can get it for them. It’s practical work. There’s a lot of talking to suppliers and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the week. It’s just how things are done here in Mangampet. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s part of the deal when you work in Kadapa. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving. We aren't using high-tech systems for everything, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks. Most days it is just about keeping things moving along.
