Eta-Ascon

If you are looking for us in Kadapa, we are over on Naik Sab Street. It’s a bit of a specific address, S. Abdul Haq care of S. Fakuruddin Saheb, so people usually just ask for the house number 3/668-2 to find us. We operate as Eta-Ascon here in Andhra Pradesh. The office is very much a local affair, tucked into a residential street where everyone knows each other. It’s quiet most of the time, which is good for getting through the mountain of logs and schedules we have to maintain. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy like that. It’s just a place where the work happens. Sometimes the heat in Kadapa makes it hard to stay focused, but we manage. We spend our time talking to suppliers and checking on how the different jobs are progressing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't really do the whole corporate mission thing; we just try to make sure that whatever Abdul Haq or the rest of the team is working on gets handled properly. It is a very hands-on way to run a business. You deal with the people right in front of you and you try to keep your word. That’s about all there is to it. We’ve been part of this street for a while and we plan on staying. There is usually a nice breeze in the evening that makes the office a lot more pleasant.
