Vaitheeswaran Foods

We’ve been running Vaitheeswaran Foods at 65, Avvai Nagar for a long time now. If you know the area, we are right near the Old Quatres Bus Stop. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to catch their ride. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s just a practical space where we handle different food items. My father started this business years ago with just a couple of bags of grain and a lot of hard work. I took over later on. We spend most of our day weighing things out and packing them up for people in the neighborhood. The machines can be a bit loud sometimes, and the floor gets covered in dust, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big team or a fancy office. It’s just us working through the orders as they come in. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in traffic near the bus stop, which throws our schedule off, but we manage. People stop by on their way home to grab what they need for dinner. We like the regulars who come in and chat for a minute. It’s a simple life and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on getting the food to the customers without any fuss or complicated steps. It’s a local place for local people.
