Suja Shoei Indutries Pvt Ltd has its site at Konerikuppam, right along the NH-45 highway. We are situated at No : 136/4, 5, 6, 13, 14, and 15A in the Pathiri area. Being right on the National Highway is very practical for us because the trucks can pull in and out without getting stuck in small town traffic. It is a large plot of land where we handle a lot of the heavy lifting for our shoe manufacturing. The wind blows a lot of dust off the highway, so we are always cleaning the machines and the floors. It is an industrial vibe here, with a lot of noise from the passing vehicles and the equipment running inside. The sun beats down on the roof, making it a very warm place to work, but we have plenty of water and breaks to keep everyone going. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy corporation; we are just a factory where people work hard to meet their quotas. The staff here is used to the long hours and the physical nature of the job. We have several sections across the different plot numbers for various stages of production. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just the daily production schedules that everyone follows to make sure the work gets done by the end of the shift.
