Sonagar Street is where we’ve been based for quite a while now. Natural Crafts is located at number 10, a smallish building that stays surprisingly cool even when it’s hot outside. The street itself is narrow, so we can’t really have big trucks coming right to the door. We have to carry things out to the main road sometimes. It’s a lot of manual work, moving pieces around and making sure nothing gets broken. Inside, the rooms are filled with the materials we use for our crafts. There’s no real order to it sometimes, just piles of stuff that we know our way through. We don’t have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us with our hands busy or on the phone trying to track a delivery. The windows are small, so we use a lot of overhead lights to see what we’re doing. It’s a bit of a maze with all the work-in-progress items sitting on the floor. We like the neighborhood because it’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the market. We've lived and worked around here so long that the building feels like a second home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to have the time to stop working long enough to do it. We just keep going.
