We focus mostly on making sweets and other food items that people around here seem to like. The kitchen gets pretty busy, especially during the festival seasons when everyone is looking for something traditional to take home. It’s a local operation, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the beginning, and they know the recipes by heart now. Living and working in Nemam has its own pace, which suits us just fine. Sometimes the road outside gets crowded, but that’s just how it goes on the high road. We spend a lot of time making sure the ingredients are fresh because that’s the only way the food tastes right. We aren't trying to be some massive chain, we just want to keep things going here at our home base.
