This is Alpine Housing Development Corporation Limited. We are based out of Kunavasal village, specifically at 2/62 on South Street. It’s a quiet and slow place down here in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. Most people around here know V. Ramadevan’s family well. We aren't some big flashy company with a tall glass office in the city center. We work right from the village and that suits us fine. It gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we usually start our work very early to beat the heat. The pace of life in Kattumannarkoil is pretty slow compared to the cities, and we like it that way. We just deal with the local housing matters and a lot of paperwork. It involves a fair amount of manual work and visiting different sites nearby on a regular basis. Sometimes the heavy rains make the roads difficult to navigate, but we manage to get things done. We’ve been here in South India for quite some time now. Our office is just a regular, simple room where we keep our files and meet people who stop by. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things running for the folks around here. You can usually find someone around if you stop by the house on South Street. We don't use much technology, mostly just old ledgers and talking to people face to face.
