Microfit Industries

Our workshop is located at 129, Gandhi Gramam, right near the Neyveli Arch Gate in the Panruti Taluk area. It’s a bit of a distance out in Cuddalore District, but we’ve been here long enough that people know the way. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We spend most of our time on the floor handling parts and making sure the machines are running like they should. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. This isn't one of those places with a fancy reception or people in suits. We wear our work clothes and usually have grease or dust on us by noon. Being near the Gandhi Nagar Post makes it easy for mail and supplies to reach us, though the traffic near the arch gate can be a bit slow sometimes. We started small and just kept going, adding bits and pieces to the shop as we needed them. There are a few of us here who have worked together for years. We know each other’s habits and how to get through a long list of orders without tripping over one another. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just steady work and making sure we don't fall behind on what our customers expect from us. We handle the daily tasks as they come and don't worry about much else.
